scrapbooking…. er, scrapquilting?

My amazing friend Elaine made a purse for me a few days ago, which features photos of my family. The photos aren’t in pockets like on most photo purses. They’re actually printed on the fabric. It’s incredibly cool!

She took black and white photos to her local copy center and had them do a t-shirt transfer onto plain white cotton fabric. Imagine the possibilities! Pillows, lampshades, canvas…. the possibilities are endless!

I’m stalking my mailman. Can’t wait for my new purse to arrive. :)

    I can’t get to the Post Office until Friday at the earliest, because of my nasty tutoring schedule… But I’ll send it as soon as I can!! :)
