scraplifted

by

Last week, I mentioned scraplifting (aka CASEing) as a way to pull yourself out of a creative slump. Well, I’m getting ready to CASE something myself! I’ve been inspired by these fun images on Donna Downey’s blog, and today, I’m gonna do one of my own!

And I’m issuing a challenge. I want YOU to find and CASE a layout. From the web or a magazine… choose someone else’s layout and scraplift it. Then link us to your work in the comment section of this post. Don’t forget to tell us (and show us, if possible) whose work you were inspired by. There’s a prize in it for ya!

Do you still take donations of paper, die cuts, adhesives, etc for your scrapbooking ministry? We have a crop club where I attend church and the ladies were looking for a place to send “extras” etc. If you do we’d love to send a box off for your ministry. Please let me know. Thank-you.

Maybe I do need to head off to see DD at the LSS when she comes this year.

Wish it was the same weekend you will be here!

I scraplifted/case’d lots of pages for my Disney/Legoland trip! I found tons of them at 2peas and really how many different ways are there to scrap Mickey Mouse, Pooh Bear, and Tigger. I don’t know how to put them on the comments here, but here is the link to my blog (http://nlove0598.blogspot.com/)and I will add one there. Cool idea and Donna’s stuff is great…just not sure I am that artistic.

[...] Last Tuesday, I challenged you to CASE a layout and share it here. I didn’t have to do a random drawing, ’cause there was only one participant. Drumroll please… the winner is TONYA from Fort Worth! Tonya and I have actually never met in person, so maybe I can convince her to meet me for lunch soon to receive her prize - an assortment of grossgrain ribbon from Stampin Up! Here are the layouts Tonya shared: click here. Posted in General, challenge Link to this Entry Email This Entry [...]
